Who we are

Deeper Apps LLC ("Deeper Apps," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom software, automation, integrations, and AI engineering. We work directly with businesses to understand their needs, plan useful implementations, and deliver agreed work. This policy explains information handling on this website, in inquiries and applications, and in connection with client engagements. Contact us at bnguyen@deeperapps.com.

Information you submit

A business inquiry may include your name, work email, organization, selected problem or service area, current tools or platforms, operational context, goals, and optional previous attempts or desired outcomes. Older or other-language inquiry forms may also ask for your current website. Forms include the source page and language so we can understand and route the request.

Sales partnership applications collect your name, email, and self-declared city and country. You may also choose opportunities, markets, a contribution role and commission preference, describe your experience or access to buyers, and provide a message or video introduction link. Location and market access are supplied by you; the form does not infer them from your device. The form also identifies the brand, inquiry type, and opportunity categories for routing.

An optional video link may make your image, voice, presentation, and anything you include available to our reviewers. We review applications ourselves; the application flow does not perform automated video scoring or facial analysis. We do not embed or automatically fetch your video when you submit the form. The external video host handles its own service and privacy settings. A written introduction is welcome instead.

If you contact us or apply by email, we receive what you choose to send, including correspondence, a resume, portfolio, or links. Keep initial messages high-level. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal records, private customer lists, or material you are not authorized to share.

Why we use information

Scope, deliver, support, and administer separately agreed engagements and partner arrangements
Keep necessary business records, resolve disputes, and maintain website security

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: steps requested before an agreement or performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in handling relevant business correspondence and securing the site, legal obligations, or consent where required. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and an inquiry or application does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Client confidentiality and project data

Business operations, product concepts, proprietary systems, financial information, and other non-public materials shared during discovery or delivery are treated as confidential. We do not publish client materials, use them as portfolio examples, or disclose them for unrelated purposes without permission.

Necessary handling by authorized personnel and service providers is limited to responding, delivering agreed work, maintaining security, or meeting legal obligations. Project access, permitted recipients, AI tools, data categories, and any required data-processing terms must be agreed for the engagement before sensitive project material is supplied. Submitting this website form does not authorize unrestricted use of your information in AI services or model training. We make no blanket promise about the retention or training settings of an AI provider that has not been selected and agreed.

Existing confidentiality commitments and signed agreements remain in effect. This update does not retroactively authorize a new use of previously supplied client information. Where an NDA, service agreement, or data-processing agreement applies, its terms govern the relevant project handling.

Service providers and recipients

Formspree receives form submissions and processes them to support delivery and responses. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
Email services handle correspondence and form notifications received in our business inbox.
Vercel, our website host, handles requests and operational or security logs needed to serve the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Google Fonts delivers typography and receives font requests, which may include network and browser information. See Google’s privacy policy.
Authorized project service providers may handle information as necessary for separately agreed work, subject to the project’s permissions and confidentiality terms. A calendar, CRM, recording tool, or AI provider is not connected by submitting this form.

We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address a legal claim or protect the security of our services. We limit access to people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose.

Website requests and browser storage

Hosting operations may create logs such as page requests, referring URLs, browser or device information, and IP-related network data. We do not currently use third-party behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this public website.

The language selector stores a language preference in your browser’s local storage when you choose a language. Navigation transitions use temporary session storage to coordinate page changes. These features do not store inquiry or application answers. You can clear this storage through your browser settings; direct page links remain available.

International handling

We work with businesses and applicants internationally. Information may be processed where we, authorized personnel, or our providers operate, including the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards, these must be addressed for the relevant processing. Contact us for information about your inquiry or a proposed engagement; this policy is not a claim of certification under a particular transfer framework.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries and applications as needed to respond, assess an engagement or partnership, maintain an active relationship, and keep required records. Retention depends on the status of the discussion, agreed services, legal recordkeeping needs, and any dispute. Client materials follow the applicable engagement terms. We do not claim one fixed retention period across provider systems or all types of records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. No internet transmission or storage method is absolutely secure. Please contact us if you believe information was sent in error or requires protection or deletion.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you supplied, or stop optional communications. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. We may need to verify identity before handling a request.

Email bnguyen@deeperapps.com with the request and enough context to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless we request an appropriate verification method.

Children and policy changes

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

We may update this policy as practices change. The date above identifies this version. Where applicable law requires notice or permission for a material new use, we will address that before the new use begins.
