Deeper Apps LLC ("Deeper Apps," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital operating studio. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with this website and our client engagements.
Client confidentiality
Information shared in a client engagement, including business operations, product concepts, proprietary systems, user data, financial information, strategies, and materials exchanged during discovery, scoping, or active development, is treated as confidential by default.
We do not disclose, publish, or reference client information without explicit permission. Where a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement is in place, its terms govern. Where no NDA exists, this policy represents our standing commitment to confidentiality.
Information collected on this website
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, work email, business or organization name, current website, selected service area, and the message or business context you provide. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and used to respond to the inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement.
Normal hosting operations may also create basic server logs, such as page requests, referring URLs, browser or device information, and IP-related network data. We do not currently use third-party behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this public website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not add inquiry submitters to marketing lists without consent.
Job applications
When you apply by email, we receive the information you choose to send, typically including your name, email address, resume, portfolio or links, and message. That information is used to evaluate your application and is accessible only to authorized Deeper Apps personnel. You may request deletion at any time.
Third-party services
- Formspree processes inquiry submissions on our behalf. Information submitted through the form is also subject to Formspree's privacy terms.
- Google Fonts delivers typography used by the website and may log requests according to Google's policies.
- Website hosting providers may process standard request and security data required to serve the site.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed as absolutely secure.
Data retention
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate an engagement, deliver services, maintain required records, or resolve disputes. Client materials are retained according to individual agreements. Applicants and inquiry submitters may request deletion of their personal information.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can remove it.

We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page identifies the latest revision.
